(2.1) Payment Information, Credit Cards & Debit Card Transactions
All card information related to online transactions are sent to our payment service provider using SSL technology. No credit/debit card information is stored on our servers. Our payment service provider is PayPal.

When you visit the www.rakdca.gov.ae Web site to browse information it contains, you do so anonymously unless you choose to provide us information about yourself. If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the Web site reading pages, viewing photographs, or downloading information for example—we will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. This gathering and storing of information is separate from the activity described as monitoring in our Security Notice.

Except as otherwise indicated, if you register online for creation of an account for example to avail the E-Services, using our online form and provide us your name and e-mail or postal address, and other information, we will use that information only to create your account and serve you, for example, the available E-Services.
Registered users, if they have opted to receive updates and notifications, may get email notifications on the updates on DCA regulations, updates on license guidelines and updates related to any other E-services.
The DCA does not warrant that the operation of the DCA’s website will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the content of the website will be free from Viruses. In the event that DCA notifies registered users of any known interruption or irregularities in the operation of the website, the registered user shall take such computer security related steps which may be reasonably required by the DCA under the circumstances to prevent or mitigate potential losses arising from such interruption or irregularities.

Department of Civil Aviation would also use cookies to customize the services provided to the user. These are small amounts of data that are sent to the user's browser from the web server and stored in the user's hard disk. You are required to accept cookies wherever you are prompted to login.
